Hello Esteban,
I was very happy to receive an Esteban Silver / Black edition package for Christmas. I am very happy with the entire
package. I have been playing well over 50 years now and have had the privilege of playing some very nice and very
expensive fine instruments (guitars). I was amazed to hear the excellent quality sound and feel the fine fingerboard that
let me glide over the strings (even the cheaper strings that were on the Esteban guitar) and when I changed to a very high
quality professional quality string set, the sound and feel were incredible. I would like to ask you if possible, will you
be including a good quality digital tuner and a slightly improved power overdrive somewhat in the neighborhood of a deep
reverb system. I am an "old" (62) rocker that still loves to play "Old Time Rock and Roll" and Southern Rhythm and Blues..
Just like the old days. I have had the pleasure to actually work with some old time rockers in the mid and late 60's in
and around the New York and Boston areas. When we worked in the Boston area, I had the opportunity to see and hear the
great legend Segovia at the Providence Civic Center in Providence, RI. I have purchased a number of your CD's and enjoy
them more each time I play them. I am hoping to see you in concert sometime soon and be able to meet you, shake your hand
and say Thank You in person.. I really believe you are bringing music back to all who enjoyed it once and now will be able
to enjoy it again using the Esteban guitar playing methods systems.
Thank you again.. I hope to hear from you.. May God keep you well and your heart full of music for all to enjoy.
Regards,

Hi Esteban,
I had heard both good
and bad about your instruments and hesitated a long time before ordering. I had to give in to temptation when I saw the limited
edition with your profile in silver and black on the back. I am both pleased and amazed at the quality of the guitar and
accesories. Not only are you a fantastic player but an excellent and easy to follow teacher. Your five DVD set that came with the
package is easy to understand and follow. I have been flatpicking for a good while and had picked up some bad habits by learning on
my own, I am not only breaking those habits but am really enjoying learning to finger pick. To anyone just starting out they
couldn't do any better than one of your packages.
Sincerely,

Dear Esteban,
I have been trying to relearn my Violin again since I was a child. I cut
hair for a living and write Poetry and publish and read for some Women's
Group meetings and Small conventions as well as publish what I call spiritual,
Romantic poetry. I have a lot of creative energy and have not known what
to do with it, I always wanted to put some of my poetry to music and always
wanted to learn more violin or try guitar. I just purchased your Black
limited Edition Guitar for myself for Christmas so I can finally learn.
I am so very excited because the Teaching DVDS come with it. Finally my
chance to learn. I like to sing too so I am going to put my poetry in
song as I learn your method of playing....Thank you!!!!! for selling a
nice Guitar, Affordable and Teachings for a great and wonderful Price.
You are a Wonderful Inspiration!

Hi,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the music and all you do for everyone. I am a
volunteer firefighter, EMT and in water rescue land support activities and after some of the
call we go through I find great comfort in listing to your music on my CD player. Your music helps
sooth my soul and brings me back after bad experiences we have to go through in the fire and rescue
business. I am percussion by music training (studied for 10 years) and also play some
vibraphone and drum set but the congas, and all those small instruments are my speciality.
You have a great heart and thanks for all the music. My favorite is a VHS tape recording I have of
you doing Traveling Man on HSN. You and your daughter's interplay is AMAZING on that recording. You
should do that song again on HSN.
Have a happy holiday. Each day I listen to your music is a day I feel at peace and feel good
inside. Thats for soothing our souls and for giving so much to the world.

Dear Esteban,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for making a quality instrument at an affordable
price. I received the master class package. My wife bought it for me for my birthday. I love
the fact that she had it personalized.
The sound quality of your instrument is wonderful. I have been spending time with my son
watching the DVD lessons and practicing together. I know you have children and can appreciate
how great it is doing something together that you both love. Every day when I get home from
work we spend at least an hour practicing and watching the DVD's the time flies by so fast we
often end up playing late into the night.
Thank you, Esteban for caring enough to make a positive impact on the world around you. You
really are helping to bring people closer together with the instruments and lessons you make
available.
Warmest regards,
(name withheld)
P.S. You're awesome!

Watching you on Home Shopping
today (Nov 26), I tried to talk
to you on the testimonial line. I
have been playing guitar for over
50 years (my mother has cut 3
albums), and in my late 20s, I
had to relearn playing guitar
after a high voltage shock
deleted some of my memory.
As we watched you demonstrate the
American Legacy Starlight, I
suggested that my wife order it.
I've never bought a guitar
without playing it first, but I
knew this was worth the price
just for the lesson DVDs.
I had smashed my left little
finger 10 days before the guitar
arrived. My wife was at work when
the guitar was delivered.
Carefully unpacking it from the
box, I unzipped the case to let
it warm to room temperature. A
little over an hour later, I took
the guitar out of the case and
proceeded to tune it. I tuned it
3 times and it held pitch for
several days. I was amazed.
This guitar has gorgeous appeal.
But the workmanship, tone,
action, intonation, sustain, and
general playability is awesome!
My wife is learning to play it -
and your instructional DVDs are
making it easy for her I have
learned, and will continue to
learn from your DVDs also.
Comparing this guitar to a Martin
Aura DC, I'll take the Esteban! I
have a Martin 1955 000-28;
D12-35S; 00-18,; and the Mahogany
D-15 Proto, as well as my two
favorites - a Guild Artist Award
and a special build Starfire 4,
and a host of other instruments
including guitars, mandolins,
banjos, fiddles, bongos, congas,
paino, organ, etc. Our Esteban
American Legacy Starlight has a
prestigious place to rest in our
home.
Also, the case, amplifier & cord,
and incidentals are of superior
quality. I tucked an electronic
tuner in the case pocket for my
wife. I look forward to playing
guitar with her. She plays
accordion and some piano. You
have added more pleasure to
latter years. Thank you very,
very much...
Your daughter lays down some fine
accompaniment on her fiddle.
Please pass our compliments along
to her. I really enjoy hearing
the two of you as well as the
full accompaniment.
Best regards,

Dear Estaban,
First let me say i
am from the burgh! Small
world! I am probably around your
age, I was born in 1952 on the
South Side and lived in Mt.
Washington. I like your music
(either new to me or a fresh take
on the old) and your message,
too. I have two sons ages 7 and
5. They have First Act little
guitars now to start out on. I
have three of your guitars...the
black midnight steel and the
natural master class cutaway, and
a steel string Burswood. The
first two I am saving for my boys
to grow into and the last I am
going to give to one of my
nieces. I am thinking of getting
a baby 3/4 size (Zager # zad 15)
for the boys to move up to. Do
you have any plans to do a
child's size guitar, or a 3/4
size? I am a VERY crtical, detail
oriented person and I can say
that I am impressed with the
build quality of your guitars.
The boys are taking lessons at a
guitar shop ($30 per hour) and
just the guitars there are all
double or more the price of your
entire package...and look no
better. I intend to start
stumming too so I can help the
boys. The
older boy has PDD-NOS .."autism
lite"...if you met him you would
just think he is shy...not much
eye contact. I think us getting
involved in music will help with
his social and interpersonnal
skills an give him a method to
express his feelings. The younger
boy is the wild one...he
needs help with focus and
sticking to things...he has
picked the midnight steel black
guitar out for when he is bigger.
Now let me get presumptuous...MY
dream is for them to go to
Carnegie Mellon and study guitar
too (who knows...maybe on an
Esteban Fellowship!) I also
read that you sometimes do school
performances...we are moving
back to the burgh after 13 years
in SC...it would be
another dream come true if one
day my boys saw you at their new
school! I intended to take my
family to see your band at the
Byham....One last
note...my wife's mother is named
Theresa just like your beautiful
and talented daughter!
May God be with you and yours,

Hello Esteban!
I just received
the black Malaguena guitar and
was blown away by its beauty and
its sound quality. I watched you
on HSN and would like to know the
following:
A) When you were on HSN recently
you mentioned to a caller that
you put acrylic on your
fingernails (right hand only).
What exactly do you use and how
do you do this and how often do
you do it. I went through
chemotherapy and my nails were
weak for a while.
B) Where/how can I purchase
replacement strings for the
classical guitar? We live in a
rural area and do not have any
music shops near us for many
miles. I will have to order
through the internet. I saw the
site "musiciansfriend.com" but
have no idea whatsoever which
strings to buy. Can you please
let me know as I broke one string
during initial tuning and only
have the spare strings that I
received with the guitar.
Thank you again and God Bless!

To Whom It May Concern:
Please let Esteban know how
grateful my wife and I are for
his music. Back in July of last
year my wife gave birth to a 2
month premature baby girl
(Shannon) that weighed in at 1lb
9ozs. With in a few days I asked
if I could put a little MP3
player in her incubator so that
she can listen to some lullabies
and they told me I could. Well I
proceed to download the classical
lullabies that every parent has
been told to play for a child
(Brahms, Beethoven, Mozart,
etc..). A few days after I had
the MP3 Player in her incubator
the nurses said that Shannon did
not seem to like the music all
that much, I then took the MP3
player back home with me and
downloaded all of the songs from
the CD "Songs from my Heart" that
my dad purchased back in the mid
90's from Esteban himself. I went
back the next day put the player
back in her incubator and she was
at total peace listening to
Esteban. To this day I have the
MP3 player in her crib now and
she falls asleep every night with
his music playing. As a sidenote
I downloaded some classical music
on the player and she does not
seem to like them nearly as much,
we have to wait until Esteban
plays and she goes out like a
light.
I haven't had the chance to buy
the other CD's of his as of yet
but plan on purchasing them as
well as an Esteban guitar for my
daughter in case she wants to
play the guitar when she gets
older.
Thank you so much Esteban you
music really is magical. Maybe
your next CD could be soft
classics for babies. I know our
child would love it.

Dear Esteban,
Hi my name is (name withheld) and
I spoke to you earlier this
evening on HSN. Before I write
anything else I'd like to give
you some background info on who I
am.
age:10
city and state where I
reside:Bklyn,NY
hobbies:guitar(obviously),playing
handball,acting in community
theatre shows,watching movies and
reading and writing.
top goal in life: to enjoy it for
what it's worth.
First off I want to say it was a
pleasure talking to you tonight
on TV. You really inspired me to
play my guitar even better.You
are one of my role models.Ever
since I heard you when I was five
years old you completely brought
joy and happiness into my
heart.The guitar is so
therapeutic.
I'm in a fifth grade delta class
(delta is a program for children
who are more advanced academic
wise and socially) and my friend
also plays guitar but he says he
only wants to play guitar so he
can look cool with an electric
guitar. How do you think I can
show him the true joys of the
guitar? As for my playing status
I am working on Wildwood Flower
and Greensleeves at the same
time. My top three favorite songs
on the instructional DVDS are
Malaguena, House of the Rising
Sun and the Boogie Woogie. My
number one favorite is Malaguena
hands down because my great
grandfather owned a store in
downtown Brooklyn during the
1940's where he made and played
flamenco guitars. Since I am very
close with my grandfather he has
told me this and helped me with
my guitar skills. Well Esteban,
it's been a pleasure writing to
you. Hope to hear from you soon.
love and peace always,

I bought a estaban guitar package and I am wondering what brand and size
of strings are sold with the guitar. I really like the feel and the sound
of the strings. the guitar is awesome by the way. I know alot of musicians
as I am a singer and they really like the way it sounds over the cheap
guitar I used to use cause I could not afford a high quality one. So I
am sure thankful for the estaban.

Dear Esteban,
Last night I had the honor and privilege of your performance at Barbara
B. Mann concert hall in Fort Myers, FL. The concert was fabulous, and
your back up band was awesome. I have the program signed by you and the
entire band, to be a present to my cousin, who has breast cancer. All
signed, and I am eternally grateful to this kind gesture.
Once again, I thank you, and may you and yours have a blessed holiday,
and I hope to see you again in concert. God bless you and the band.
Very truly yours,

Esteban:
I wanted to thank you so much for everything you are truly an inspiration
in my life. I am 22 years old now and back in college and back playing
music. It's been a long road. I started playing guitar when I was 7 years
old then when I was 17 and a senior in High School, I was in a bad accident
and stopped playing music and gained weight and got into drugs. About
2 years ago not being able to afford any guitars a close friend gave me
an Esteban acoustic guitar and I slowly started watching your DVD's and
playing again, music gave me a positive outlet to be creative again without
doing drugs and being depressed. Thank you so much. You're a great man
and an inspiration to all!...Thanks again sir keep playing the music !!!!
God Bless.

Hi Esteban! I just bought a guitar from HSN a
few weeks ago, and I love it! It's beautiful, and I'm enjoying learning
to play with the help of your video! I'm working on "Greensleeves" right
now. The sound is wonderful, and the price was very reasonable for such
a nice guitar. I've enjoyed listening to your "From the Heart" CD, you're
an amazing guitarist! I'm glad I happened to tune in to HSN when I did!
Take it easy Esteban and thanks again!
Best Regards,

You have given the world the gift of your music.
So keep it up. We enjoy your music and of course your Christmas music
too. I have your Christmas album, and I even sent one to my sister in
Colorado, who loves it too.
I play guitar too. Mainly country, Tejano, and Rock and Roll. But we never
miss your show, when you appear on HSN. Every time I hear you play, it
inspires me to keep practicing and to get better. I was hoping my son
would follow in my foot steps, but he has cerebral palsy, and developmental
delay. At 20 he still has the mind of a 2 year old. So the gift God gave
me, to be able to play music, will not be able to be passed to my son.
So keep it up.
By the way: When is your hat going to be available? I never see it sold
on HSN. I always wanted a hat like that to wear at Gigs.
The gift that you have, is a great gift. I hope you continue to keep providing
us with some of the best music of all time.
God bless you and the band.

Dear Esteban,
Since Chet Atkins died I have been devastated from an emotional standpoint.
I was so lucky to see you on HSN. I purchased one of your guitars & gave
it to my grandson. He loves it! Chet was my hero for over 40 years. I
am a very good guitar player myself & I truly appreciate the effort &
sacrifice required to play at your level. Sir...You are my new hero &
you have earned the title well.
Also may I say that I love to hear your daughter play the violin. She
injects an emotion that can be felt & she truly plays from the heart.
May God bless you & yours & I hope that you enjoy many years of success.
Best Regards,

Thank you so much for your performance at Red
Rocks last week. It was very generous of you to give people the opportunity
to experience your musical art and personal talent. I enjoyed the evening
immensely and look forward to future concerts.
I first saw you perform several years ago in Scottsdale. I was astounded
by your performance and was thrilled to have been introduced to classical
and flamenco guitar. Your show at Red Rocks was even more spectacular.
The mountain air and beautiful summer evening were a perfect complement
to your show.
Please pass my compliments along to your band as their talent is equally
praiseworthy. Your daughter is certainly exceptional. You must be complimented
regularly on her grace and talent. She was so sincere while greeting fans
after the performance. Please extend my thanks to her for signing my CD.
It was truly a pleasure meeting her, and I hope to see her perform again
as well.
Best wishes for continued success.
Sincerely,

All too often it is easy to forget the love that
has brought us here. But when I saw you on HSN I was instantly reminded
of that love. I may only be 18 but I know to be able to share that love
is the greatest gift. I play guitar everyday and I can only hope that
I am able to express myself and give to others as much as you. You are
an amazing man to use your time and energy to lift people up in a world
where that is not commonplace. Thank you.

Greetings to Este'ban,
I have to tell you, the concert at Red Rocks was very special for my husband
and myself. We heard about the concert from your web site as well as the
Red Rocks Amphetheater site. We have two of your guitars and many CDs
and enjoy your music SSOO much. We determined we would see you one day
and when we learned you were to be at Red Rocks we made arrangements to
be there. We drove 400 miles to attend and the only disappointment of
it all was we didn't get to meet you personally. We did speak with your
daughter, what a lovely young woman, and that was wonderful. I'll bet
she got to Disneyland several times!! She's so accomplished and feels
the music clear down to her toes!
This trip was our anniversay present to each other--we've been married
a whole year. Pretty good for senior citizens! It was so wonderful-two
people so much in love, listening to your music going and coming on the
trip. We went through Rocky Mountain National Park going home and your
music enhanced the beauty of God's creation for us. Thank you for all
the hard work you put in under Mr. Segovia. What a master he was and you've
become. Thank Jehovah God you got through the years heartache not being
able to play after your accident. That had to be nearly unbearable. You're
an inspiration to us to keep on keepin' on.
From our hearts to yours,

Dear Esteban,
I just received your Granada Classical guitar. I saw you on HSN and HAD
to have it! Bravo, my friend. It is a beautiful piece, both to the eyes
and ears. I just read your bio and I am very impressed. I also majored
in music in college (voice and piano). I also majored in special education.
I went on to receive a masters in special education. I taught for 12 years
and am now, unfortunately, on disability. I found your bio inspiring.
I have also had many complications with my health. I am 35 and had heart
surgery (5 bypasses) at age 32. Shortly thereafter I had three major eye
surgeries to repair detached retinas. However, the doctor was only able
to save one eye. So I know what it's like to have vision problems. About
the same time I lost sight in my left eye, I found out that my kidneys
were begining to fail. I had to have surgery to put in a port for dialysis.
During that surgery I suffered nerve damage in my right hand. It still
feels like I have a glove on all the time. So you see, we have a lot in
common. I had read mixed reviews about your guitars and was a little nervous
after purchasing it, but when I pulled it out of the box and case all
my worries were gone. It is truly a work of art. I just wanted to say
"Thank you." I love my guitar!!!
